Sam, a reservations manager for an upscale Manhattan restaurant, tries to manage calls, intercoms and all kinds of things on Christmas Day. The play has a raft of characters, all done in superbly believable voice and gesture, in a one person dramatic fiesta starring Gabriel Kuttner.
